Getting help for nephew's 1st launch

Hi,
My nephew and I built his first rocket together a few weeks back. We're now looking for a place to launch it. I wanted to get more details on how we could get help in making use of your launch site if possible. Is it only available on the specific weekends listed? Do we just show up on one of those days, and there will be people there to coordinate with? Or do we need to make arrangements in advance? Any answers to those questions or general guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,

The site is only available during our scheduled launches. I'm looking forward to seeing you both on the field and assisting you guys during your first organized launch with us.

When you arrive you'll see a white dual axle trailer with a tent and/or several tables near it with club officers housed underneath. I can usually be found at that location to assist you.

Bring water, chairs, your rocket(s), motors/engines and yourselves. Being your first launch with us and assuming your nephew is under 18, flight fees are waived. All we ask is you to sign our landowner's liability waiver and sign in as a registered flier and you are good to go.

If you need motors/engines I usually have plenty you can have for low-power (A-D) and some mid-power (E-G) with me. I'm always happy to share what I have as are most of our fellow rocket enthusiasts on the field.

We will assist you and your nephew getting your rocket on the pad and ready for launch.

Also, please keep an eye out on this site and our Facebook page for launch updates as we get closer to launch dates. We sometimes have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather and burn bans.

I look forward to meeting you folks soon.
