National Sport Launch 2022

Welcome to National Sport Launch (NSL) 2022!!!!

The Rocketry Organization of South Carolina at Orangeburg (ROSCO), our partner clubs, and Rocketry South Carolina are very excited to host the National Sport Launch (NSL) 2022 in Dalzell, South Carolina, May 28 through May 30!

NSL is the National Association of Rocketry’s (NAR’s) pinnacle sport rocketry event. NSL is a sport launch where hundreds of attendees launch rockets for fun. Many of the attendees are quite talented builders – to the point that their rockets are truly works of art.

We are honored to have each of you as a visitor to our launch field/site. The sod farm (a grass farm) near Dalzell is a beautiful farm that provides mostly soft landings. The farm is due north of Dalzell, SC. It is truly phenomenal terrain for launching and recovering rockets. Come join us and have a “blast from the grass.”

We ate working on a page to show recommended lodging. There are camping sites locally within 1-2 hours.
